Sometimes used as rental houses, temporary houses or low income family housing, which are durable and easy to set up. Therefore, the T house is also known as the Disaster Relief House or Low Income Family House.
WELLCAMP T prefabricated houses come in different sizes, can use fixed parameters to calculate the dimensions & areas or customize according to customer requirements. The most common design is 12T*40T*6H, dimension 11.4m*38m*6H, which is 884.4m2 area of 2 floors including 2 stairs & 1 indoor walkway, can fit in 3*40`HQ as 1 set. 1*40HQ can load around 280-320m2. The main steel structure is made from Square Tube Steel or H Section Steel, with EPS / IEPS / Glass Wool / Rock Wool / PU sandwich panel for wall & roof!6 workers can build 100sqm in one day! Can be done as 1 floor, 2 floors or 3 floors building!
