The front has a ramp & is friendly to disables as well. Extra Large Aluminum sliding windows for better lights & double open door for entrance. All parts fabricated according to design requirements. All steel parts welded, Galvanized & painted. Assembly structures by bolts & apply panels according to channel grooves, attach together by screws & rivets.
The WELLCAMP Special K prefabricated houses come in dimension 7.752m*7.752m*2.85H, which is 60m2 area of 1 house, can fit 4 sets in 1*40`HQ. 1*40HQ can load around 280-320m2. The main steel structure is made from thick "C" section steel, with EPS/IEPS/Glass wool sandwich panel for wall & roof!6 workers can build 100sqm in one day!
